I went looking under ‘women judging women’ to see what might be out in the world. These are some of the compelling images and articles I discovered.

The question I have after viewing and reading these blogs is this:

Where do you say your own judgment comes from, you or elsewhere?

What labels do you put on women’s bodies and style?

When is judgment good and proper and when is it not?

There is another artwork I like:

Works by Czech sculptor Maria Bartuszova (1936 -1996)

The work of Stockholm based artist Anders Krisár often deals with the human body. It is discomfiting: presenting objects of simultaneous horror and beauty. Krisár takes realistic casts of human body parts, torso, arms or faces, and modifies them in ways that lend them a surreal quality.

His aim is to explore interpersonal relationships and examine the complexities of the human condition.

I also researched some textile-artwork.
